I, Ricardo Cabrera, founded R&R Improvement in 2024. My early life had always revolved around construction. My father, one of our experienced team members, was in construction since I was 10 years old. Following a similar path, I attended and graduated from Metropolitan Community College with an Associates Degree in Building Construction & Science. Together, we have a combined experience level of 17+ years! In addition, I have received my OSHA 30 Certification. I have worked in the roofing industry for 5 years now and am following my passion of helping people with their construction needs!
